Terms and Conditions:
Pricing is averaged out at a flat, monthly rate. Our clients expect to have us maintain their property for years to come. In order to keep our bills paid and a stable workforce, we do not charge a per-cut rate. Whether you receive 5 visits a month in summer, or 2 visits in a month during the winter, pricing is averaged out for the financial stability of all parties involved.
We bill at the end of the month when service has been completed.
We do not manage dollar weed, nutsedge, Florida Betony (Strachys Floridana), with spray or manual removal (hand pulling). These species are indicators of conditional factors, which are the responsibility of the home or property owner, or they have the option to pay for our services to change the favorable conditions which cause these species to thrive.
We do not trim Crepe Myrtles unless asked by the authorized agent of the property in writing.
Our crew will not trim or handle bougainvillea bushes.
No ladder work will be conducted as a condition of our insurance liabilities in the course of our lawn care service. Ladder work must be scheduled as a separate service.
Shovel work and plant installation is not included in property maintenance and is billed separately.
Broken sprinklers are warrantied (at our discretion) only as part of our quarterly irrigation maintenance package if you utilize our recurring lawn maintenance service. Sprinklers that need to be rerouted for better coverage will be conducted as a scheduled service apart from lawn care days and billed separately.
Animal waste is expected to be picked up for the health and safety of our crew. Recurring incidents of animal waste will incur additional fees or cancellation of service. Domesticated animals must be restrained in a proper fashion. Injuries incurred by our employees and stakeholders from domestic animals owned by and/or cared for by the property owner will be the responsibility of the property owner to rectify. Feral and wild animals are not the responsibility of the homeowner unless known risks are not handled or dealt with in a timely manner.
While Kairos Landscaping is licensed and properly insured, we will not be held responsible for damage to subterranean infrastructure (water lines, electric, communications, etc).
